Everything settles in rupees. There is no currency conversion, no foreign card fee, and the methods below are the ones people already use for everything else — UPI, the wallet apps, and plain bank transfer.
Deposit methods
| Method | Speed | Minimum | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| UPI | Instant | ?500 | None |
| Paytm | Instant | ?500 | None |
| PhonePe | Instant | ?500 | None |
| Google Pay | Instant | ?500 | None |
| Bank transfer / IMPS / NEFT | 5–30 minutes | ?500 | None from us; your bank may charge |
| Crypto — USDT, BTC, ETH | On network confirmation | Network dependent | Network fee only |
How to deposit
- Sign in and open Deposit from the account menu.
- Choose a method and enter the amount, at least ?500.
- Tick the bonus box if you want the welcome match applied — it cannot be added to a deposit after the fact.
- Approve the payment in your UPI or wallet app. The balance updates as soon as the provider confirms it.
Withdrawal methods
Withdrawals return to the method you deposited with wherever the payment network allows it. Where it does not, the funds go to a verified bank account in your own name.
| Method | Typical time | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| UPI | 10 minutes – 2 hours | ?500 |
| Paytm / PhonePe / Google Pay | 30 minutes – 3 hours | ?500 |
| Bank transfer | 2 – 24 hours | ?500 |
| Crypto | 1 – 4 hours | Network dependent |
Verification
Licence conditions require us to confirm who holds an account before paying out. The check happens once and covers every withdrawal afterwards.
- Identity — a government photo ID: Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence.
- Address — a utility bill or bank statement from the last three months.
- Payment ownership — occasionally a screenshot showing the UPI ID or account is yours.
Submit these when you open the account, not when you first want to withdraw. Verification is the single most common reason a payout takes longer than it should.
If a payment does not arrive
- Check the transaction status in your banking or wallet app first — most delays sit with the payment network, not with us.
- Open Transaction history in your account to see whether the deposit was received and what state it is in.
- If it is still missing after 30 minutes, contact live chat with the UTR or reference number from your app. That number is what lets the payments team trace it.
Payment questions
Can someone else deposit into my account?
No. Payments must come from an account or UPI ID in your own name. Third-party deposits are blocked and will be returned, which takes considerably longer than a normal transaction.
Are there fees?
FairPlay does not charge for deposits or withdrawals on the rupee methods. Your bank or wallet provider may apply its own charge, and crypto transfers carry the usual network fee.
Is there a withdrawal limit?
Daily and monthly caps apply and are shown on the withdrawal screen. Larger balances can be released in instalments; contact support in advance if you are planning a big payout.
Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?
Yes, while it is still pending — it returns to your balance. Once processed it cannot be recalled. Repeatedly cancelling withdrawals to keep gambling the money is a habit worth watching in yourself.
